Triceratops, the "three-horned face", is a 25 ft. (8 m) plant-eating dinosaur
which lived in the Cretaceous Period, 65-75 million years ago. It is named
on the basis of the three bony horns on its skull. This
kit allows you to excavate, restore and display a 12" (29 cm) reproduction
of its skeleton, embedded in a 12" x 9" slate-like slab of rock.
